• Ticket dispensers: Micro-computer-based main control system;touch-screen ticker; and high-speed ticket printer.There are several types of ticket dispensers for selection.Customers can also order and place their requirements. •Professional broadcaster reminding system:The voice sounds nice and clear, much better than tje rigid and inconsistent tone made by computer speech synthesis. •Number display system:LED Chinese display is installed above the sercice window;LED or PDP screen can be used for the main diaplay panel. •Bank teller operator: It can check in and check out the teller and indicate the queue;it can call and recall the number,prioritize a number, give up a number,transfer service and suspend window scrvice. The small LED screen is lattice display screen,which can show the number of people waiting and served in addition to other text display. Besides, the operator can also be used through PC screen soft keyboard in the Intranet(Configuration and technical parameters). •Open software control system:The users can define the categories of service and level of preference for the screens. The system has no limit on the number of windows in service, types of services and the number of preference service levels. Italso supports multiple networked ticketers. •Powerful statistical function: Using statistical forms and charts, the system can easily analyze customer flow and staff performance so that the staff, windows and other resoures could be better arranged. •Internet queuing system:The customers can use Internet to register in the system and check the progress, which would greatly cut the waiting time. •Otherl functions:The ticket dispenser of the sysstem can also get the Jinque fingerprint attendance machine. These two systems can be easily switched to each other.

Operation procedure
When a customer selects a service item and get the number from theticketer terminal,he or she will enter into the queue for a line of business.The clerk in charge of this service calls the number in the queue through the calls. The number is shown on the LED screen and broadcast through calling unit and loudspeaker.The steps are:
1.A customer picks the service number When a cusromer gets to the service hall,he or she will go to the ticketer near the enterance and push the button for relevant service. The ticketer will print out a service ticket. The ticket may contain the necessary information present. At the same time, the system will automatically send the information to the relevant counter and central management computer.
2.The clerk calls the customer The clerk only needs to push the relevant button of the caller on his or her table,the service number of the customer will be shown on the display screen in order and the system will send out the sound of "DingDong" and voice information to lead the customer to the window indicated. After finishing serving a customer, the clerk will hit the button and the next customer. |
